A man was arrested on Friday for allegedly murdering a 7-year-old boy after he resisted sexual assault on Diwali night in Delhi.
The accused is in the process of being booked under the POCSO Act, the police said.
The police said a PCR call alerted them about the body of the child lying at an under-construction building. Upon reaching the scene, the police found the body with head injuries. He was rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
